Flat rate fees work best with QBO (QuickBooks Online) and a paperless cloud based storage system for receiving documents and bank and credit card statements and bank feeds to the programs. We like HUBDOCS for the document storage and filing and fetching statements. It also works well for clients who choose to use their smart phones to send their receipts in as well. This allows us to work with anybody remotely and securely to view and retrieve information that we both have access to.
QBO is a cloud based accounting package that is easy to use and allows you to do your invoicing and emailing to clients from your computer or smart phone. You can access your information form anywhere and do as much or as little as you want with your bookkeeping and we can do the rest. Tailor made packages to suit you and your needs. As little as $125 per month including the QBO software fees to take care of your bookkeeping , reconciling, government remittances and filing of your tax return.
